Being careless about your health, Ignoring your relationships , Complaining, Procrastination, Worrying about pleasing everyone and Not picking your battles  are among things you should leave in life


  • Procrastination -

 I’ve always been a big-time procrastinator! But I’m glad I’m getting better at this now, with a lot of effort and mindful thinking. Do things now!

  • Worrying about pleasing everyone,

And worrying about what you wanted but couldn’t do because you worried about pleasing others, and worrying about how you’ll refuse something to someone, and more worrying that follows the worrying about worrying!!! Do what you want, but yes, don’t hurt others in the process but remember, most things are not such a big deal(for you or others) to be worried about so much.

  • Not picking your battles -

 fighting for every small thing making it seem huge without careful thinking. Think before fighting/arguing and pick the battles which are really worth fighting. Especially with your loved ones.

  • Being careless about your health -

 this is the time of your life which lays the foundation for your future health. We are all going to age, but HOW you age can be helped to a certain degree by good habits early on.

  • Ignoring your relationships -

Again, this is the ideal time to build your career, but this is also the best time to build long lasting friendships and relationships, and not forming them is something most people regret later in life.

  • Complaining constantly - 

using harsh words like ‘hate’ in daily life - Complaining about the food being cold, ugh today is so hot i hate it, small things like this do not need such harsh reactions from you, and all the do is bring negativity in your everyday life. Learn to be grateful for EVERY SINGLE THING you have in your life and you will attract more!
